Quorum 15’s value lies in bringing the right people together to exchange perspectives, challenge thinking and help shape informed industry discussion. James understands that better than most, and we’re delighted to welcome him to the Board.”

James Baugh, Managing Director and Head of European Market Structure at TD Securities, said: “Having been involved with Quorum 15 for some time, I’ve seen first-hand the value of bringing experienced market participants together from across the industry for open, constructive discussion.
